A tardy Happy New Year
Happy New Year! I have been trying to post these images since early New Year's Day, but it must be that the folks at Blogger took several days off. I hope we are now back in contact.
Happy New Year! I enjoy your writing and your photos. I was interested in the "sunset story" in particular after witnessing the most beautiful sunset on the day my grandfather passed away. My grandmother has a framed photo of that very sunset hanging in her dining room. Also, I believe you were friends with my grandparents, Charlie and Gerri, which is antoher reason I enjoy your blog.

If your grandparents are Charlie and Gerri Ross, I was not only a friend but an admirer. Miss Charlie to this day. And I hope Gerri is doing well. Our house is in a perfect position for sunrise and sunset shots. I have taken a million, no two alike. I remember the story about the sunset when Charlie died. Best to you, and happy new year. MG
